Q: How does Psyche operate?

A: Currently, we operate on a preorder basis with a limited quantity of 45 pieces per org 
each drop. 

Q: How does the preorder method work?

A: Preorder products take about 4-6 weeks for production,processing and shipping from the date of presale closure, not order date. Products availability will be limited once in stock.

Q: How can I stay updated about my preorder?

A: Preorder updates will be sent to the email associated with your order. 

Q: My order is taking too long to get here. Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order within 24 hours & be refunded. After 24 hours, you  can cancel your order but will not be refunded.

Filing a dispute with your bank without proper communication prior will result in your order being cancelled, refunded and you will be banned.
